Stylish & Sophisticated Condo Design
I recently completed a living room and dining room design project in a condo in Owings Mills. It’s the first home of a lovely young couple and I couldn’t be happier for them and their new space The project started with a wonderful “find” at Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore and ended with a warm and inviting home. Throw in some creativity in the middle and you have one of my favorite projects!
Here’s a few thoughts from the clients along with before and after pictures for your enjoyment.
Why the clients hired me:
“We were new home owners with no real experience with decorating a home. Because we had an open floor plan, we wanted the rooms to have a natural flow. In addition, we wanted to have the right size furniture for our unique space. We knew that we needed a professional to come in to bring our vision to fruition.
“From the outset of this project, I had a great feeling about April. I’m drawn to genuine people and what really sold me during our consultation is her warm spirit and her ability to listen to my ideas. After our first in-person meeting, I had total confirmation that we selected the right person to decorate our first home.”
What they liked about working with me:
“April is accommodating is always accessible…(she offered) great recommendations for outside contractors…prompt service…delivered what was outlined in the contract…displayed sound knowledge and expertise…April is truly gifted at what she does because she is personable.
I was pleasantly surprised with April’s enthusiasm and her warm spirit. After working with April for the past 2 years, she has become a household name and trusted resource.”
We now have a living space that reflects our lifestyle and personality. The space is now functional and inviting.”
From concept, planning, research, selections and shopping to coordination of tradespeople and installation, I enjoyed working on this design project for this couple’s first home. How can beautiful design improve your home and life?
